The Padishah is built for players who want a vintage-flavored humbucker with a more powerful voice. It retains the tonal richness and openness of classic humbuckers while adding output, punch, and midrange authority for a sound full of character — perfect for everything from pristine cleans to punchy overdriven tones with no effort.
The bridge pickup delivers strong output and a mid-forward voice that naturally pushes the front end of a tube amp. Its overwound coils and Alnico V magnets strike a perfect balance between muscular, focused lows and a present, slightly rounded top end. A touch of compression enhances pick attack, giving riffs weight and lead lines the edge they need to cut through. Roll back the volume, and distorted tones clean up with ease — revealing the pickup’s open, articulate core without losing body.
The neck pickup brings clarity and warmth, with enough brightness to stay defined even in dense arrangements. It shines on expressive lead work and smooth overdriven phrases, while the cleans remain clear and full-bodied.
Wound with Polysol 42 AWG wire and built with Alnico V magnets in a traditional single screw configuration, the Padishah blends classic feel with enhanced output and a refined, modern response.
