The Titanite set was designed as a hot vintage Strat solution, combining classic single coil character with greater depth, output, and control. It draws from traditional Strat tones while expanding their range, making it equally suited for clean playing, blues, fuzz-driven sounds, and heavier, more saturated tones without losing definition.
The Titanite set is full and smooth, with a solid low end, rich and forward mids, and a clear but controlled top end that avoids excessive sharpness. It leans toward a thicker and more fluid response, with a strong note body that enhances sustain and weight across all registers. Alnico II magnets soften the attack and add warmth to the overall response, while the 42 AWG Polysol wire contributes to a slightly hotter and denser voice, increasing output and midrange presence while maintaining clarity and string separation, even under higher gain.
The bridge pickup is slightly overwound compared to the neck and middle, improving balance across positions with a touch more output and a fuller, more grounded low-mid response, while maintaining clarity and note definition throughout the set.
The magnets are hand-beveled and feature flat pole pieces for a consistent, even response across the fretboard. Staggered pole pieces are available on request.
The middle pickup is RWRP, providing hum-canceling in positions 2 and 4 when combined with the neck or bridge pickups.
